Alan Campbell MP for Tynemouth has welcomed the recent announcement that a new single fare £1 bus fare for those who are 21 and under is now live.
Alan said “Along with the same offer on Metro, this new fare opens up many new opportunities, helping thousands of young people across the region travel affordably and sustainably for work, education and leisure.
I know many local families are facing massive financial challenges with the cost of living crisis so this will really make a difference.”
