To report emergency issues about trees, debris or structural damage during office hours please ring 0345 2000 103. After 5pm these reports should be made by calling 0345 2000 102 or by using the online forms detailed above.
If you have concerns about the welfare of a neighbour, family member or vulnerable resident please call Care Call 0330 333 7475.
You should only call these numbers once for each incident and should not use these numbers to get updates on previous reports. All calls will be passed on to the relevant team who will deal with the most urgent issues throughout the night, please remain patient, teams will be out during all hours and in all weather conditions.
